Here is a bathroom remodel from our Vancouver, WA portfolio that shows how we handle a full tear-out and rebuild, the same approach we bring to Gresham homes. The project covered a custom Floresta Verde tile shower, a double vanity, and a new mirror, floor, toilet, and paint.
The homeowners needed the shower torn out and redesigned, better storage, and more light. The small alcove tub was rarely used and the layout stored very little.
Consultation (1 day): We discussed the walk-in shower, the double vanity, and material choices, and passed along ideas to improve the room.
Prep and demolition (3 days): We sealed off the master bedroom to control dust, then removed the vanity, mirrors, toilet, storage, and shower. The client's materials were on hand.
Remodel (3 weeks): Rough plumbing and electrical, then tile and waterproofing in the shower, a new floor, cabinetry, countertop, mirror, lights and fixtures, and a final inspection.
Quality control: Photo logs every day for the homeowners and an independent inspection of the plumbing rough-ins.
