"Had Salcans come out to remodel my bathroom. Paul was absolutely amazing to work with. Very punctual, communicative young man. His crew is very hardworking and did everything with amazing quality. Definitely going to use them again."
"I used Salcans to replace an old and UGLY tile shower upstairs and replace a toilet. Pavel and Avel had great ideas to help me maximize the space in my small shower. They were flexible with scheduling to minimize disruptions to the household..."
"We wanted to update our 90's kitchen, but didn't know who to call. After reading the reviews for Salcans and meeting with Pavel, we decided to have them do the work for us. We had never done a remodeling project and Pavel was very helpful and patient. He had many good suggestions and helped us pick out materials..."
"Pavel and Avel were great contractors! They remodeled our bathroom quickly and it looks beautiful. I especially appreciate how they balanced working quickly and tried to be minimally invasive in our home. During the remodel we had a 7 month old and they did their best not to up set her with their work. ..."
This kitchen remodel in Vancouver, WA shows our process from start to finish, and it is the kind of project we also take on for Happy Valley homeowners. The result is a medium-sized kitchen with dark shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, a tile backsplash, new stainless appliances, and brighter lighting.
Before the remodel, the kitchen had worn wood cabinets, laminate counters, and weak lighting. The homeowners wanted more counter space, better storage, and a look that felt current.
Consultation (1 day): We reviewed the space together, settled on cabinet style, countertop, and finish choices, and shared a few ideas for function and resale value.
Demo and dust control (2 days): The rest of the home was separated from the work area before we pulled out the old cabinets, counters, backsplash, and appliances. The homeowners had already ordered their materials.
Remodel (3 weeks): Rough plumbing and electrical, cabinet installation, quartz measured and installed, backsplash tile, then appliances, lighting, fixtures, and a final inspection.
Quality control: Homeowners received daily photo logs, and the plumbing and electrical rough-ins went through a third-party inspection.
